Black tiger shrimp, bay scallops, and salmon sautéed with baby spinach,
red onion, and shiitake mushrooms. Finished with sun-dried
tomato pesto cream sauce and served in a puff pastry bowl.

A grilled tranche of fresh North Atlantic salmon
brushed with our house-made pesto.
Served with wild rice and vegetable du jour.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin 16-
9oz pork tenderloin stuffed with dried fruit compote and grilled to order, then sliced into medallions.
Served with vegetable and potato du jour; finished with a port wine reduction.


Portabella Wellington 15-
A marinated portabella mushroom cap topped with spinach
and spanish onion then wrapped in a puff pastry and baked.
Served with wild rice and vegetable du jour then finished with a shallot gravy.

Marsala di Pollo 14-
A chicken breast dusted in seasoned flour and pan fried
with shiitake mushrooms and Spanish onion.
Deglazed with marsala wine and served
with vegetable and potato du jour.

Walleye 18-
A pan fried walleye fillet encrusted with parmesan and
Italian bread crumbs. Served with vegetable and potato
du jour and a side of lemon caper tartar.


Temptress 18-
Seared pecan encrusted ahi tuna served over mixed
greens drizzled with sweet chili ginger Vinaigrette.
Served with wasabi potato cakes.
