Pan fried walleye fillet encrusted with parmesan and
Italian bread crumbs. Served with vegetable and potato
du jour and a side of lemon caper tartar.
Thai Chicken Stir-Fry 10-
Chicken sautéed with fresh ginger, garlic, bok choy, napa
cabbage, and sugar snap peas. Finished with Thai
sauce and served over egg noodles.
Garlic Chicken Alfredo 10-
Chicken sautéed with garlic, prosciutto, scallions,
and diced tomatoes. Finished with a garlic
alfredo sauce and tossed with garlic linguine.
Jerk Chicken Chili Pasta 10-
Jerk chicken sautéed with garlic, scallions, roasted
red peppers, and tomatoes. Finished with roasted
red pepper cream sauce and tossed with
chili pepper linguine.
Chicken Penne 10-
Chicken sautéed with garlic, artichoke hearts,
roasted red pepper, and baby spinach. Finished
with basil pesto cream sauce and
tossed with penne pasta.
